bellringer 9/13

 The son bending his head down at the shoe of his father, began to look up. Scared that he would be hit from allowing the box to scrape the ground once too many times. The mom looked while slowly moving towards the door in fear. The dad tells his son to go upstairs with a dark grim look to his face. The dad as everybody looks at him in horror as he yells for them to leave. The wife began to descend the stairs concerned for the future of her household. That night, not a sound could be heard throughout the house.  The mom concerned for her husband as the room he inhabited had an eerie silence surround it. She attempted to think nothing of it and cook lunch. The mom decided to check on her husband as he hasn't made a sound all day. she sends her son who previously got in trouble to check on his dad. The son walks into the room finding it empty and a note. Confused he brings the recently discovered note to his mom. The note is a farewell note stating that 'The dad had sat through the night and realized he wasn't as happy as he was in the beginning on their marriage and that he has become an affliction in their life. The family would wait days for him to come back, but he never came back. The family would soon grow to live without the dad and would adapt to the change which ultimately made their lives better.
